Across Stages 1-4, critical sewer and drainage are nearing completion, with water and gas infrastructure progressing significantly. Following the completion of critical servicing and infrastructure, road boxing and pavement construction will commence by the end of 2022.
The Wollert North Infrastructure Consortium and Whittlesea City Council now anticipate the completion of external infrastructure works in the second quarter of 2023. The works are external to The Patch site but must be completed to facilitate the release of Stages 1-4 Titles.
Stages 5, 6 and 8 construction planning is in full swing, with commencement anticipated by the end of 2022.
