As we wrap up a busy and rewarding year, we’re thrilled to announce that the settlement of the first stage at our marsterplanned community, The Patch, kicks off today.
The settlements of our first stage set the stage for upcoming settlements of Stages 2, 3, and 4 in early 2024. We can’t wait to witness The Patch community taking shape as residents embark on their home-building journey.
A significant milestone in completing Phase 1 external work is the opening of Bodycoats Road, a collaborative effort with the Wollert North Infrastructure Consortium. Upon completion, the Wollert North Major Infrastructure Program will provide amenities and services to over 5,000 homes in the Bodycoats Road Precinct.
This truly extraordinary journey has been marked by dedication and perseverance in overcoming challenges and creating the best outcomes. This achievement is a testament to the hard work and collaboration of The Patch team, including Cossill & Webley Consulting Engineers, MNG and Red23, for their invaluable contribution in bringing this project to life.
