Community Infrastructure Levy:

You’ll be required to pay a one-off Community Infrastructure Levy before a building permit can be issued.

Conveyancing Fees:

Purchasers should engage a conveyancer or legal representative to review any contract documentation before it is signed as well as manage the settlement process. Conveyancers fees will vary based on their services.

Stamp Duty:

Stamp duty is payable on property purchases for both land and established real estate. The State Revenue Office defines the amount of stamp duty payable on a purchase and has a range of calculators available.
