The City of Whittlesea have granted a planning permit to The Patch, Wollert to deliver an additional 230 land lots on a 28-hectare parcel at 65 Bodycoats Road.
There will also be land allocated for a future government P-12 school and a large public reserve that will add to the amenity of The Patch community.
In total, The Patch masterplan will be delivering over 1,000 lots to one of the fastest growing corridors in the state.
