On behalf of the Wollert North Infrastructure Consortium, Jinding is pleased to share that Califam has been appointed as civil contractor for major infrastructure works that will unlock the precinct including:
– The extension of Equestria Boulevard, connecting to Boundary Road
– Intersection upgrades and widening of Boundary Road
– Connection of major services to future homes
The infrastructure works are anticipated to commence in Q2 2021, these works will be completed in 5 parts by a consortium of developers operating in the area in collaboration with the City of Whittlesea.
The progress of these works is necessary for construction to commence and advance on Stages 1-4 at The Patch. Title dates have been assessed in line with the program of infrastructure works, and are anticipated for Q4 2022. A tender process is currently underway for internal works at The Patch, with construction anticipated to commence in the coming months.
