On behalf of the Wollert North Infrastructure Consortium, Jinding is pleased to share that Califam has now commenced the external sewer and water works.
These works are part of the $35M major infrastructure works that will provide essential services to over 5000 homes in the Bodycoats Road Precinct.
The works will be completed over the next 18 months by a consortium of developers operating in the area in collaboration with the City of Whittlesea. Current design and approvals have enabled sewer & water works to commence. Road works, including the extension of Equestria Boulevard, are planned to commence in the coming months.
The progress of the infrastructure works is necessary for construction to commence and advance on Stages 1-4 at The Patch. A tender process is currently underway for internal works at The Patch, with construction anticipated to commence in the near future.
