It has been an exciting time at The Patch, with works continuing to bring our residents closer to starting their new life in The Patch community.
The bulk earthworks are now completed, with the sewer construction for Stage 3 finalised. Works for Stage 1 sewer construction are well underway.
Stormwater drainage pipes in Stage 1 and Stage 3 have been placed. Works are soon to commence on the main Melbourne Water stormwater drain running through the estate and the temporary sedimentation basin.
At Jinding, we are excited to see the progress made to date at The Patch. We look forward to welcoming our residents to this magnetic estate soon when you can call The Patch home!
