The team at The Patch are excited to showcase our sales centre with a new look.
After months of work on upgrading its interior, the space has a fresh look and is open for use by our purchasers. It will allow future residents at The Patch to meet and greet and form connections in their local area whilst waiting for their home to be built in this magnetic new estate.
The entire facility consists of three sections- a welcoming entry and foyer area, an open plan meeting and presentation area, and a large backyard ready for meetings, gatherings, and the like in the future.
