Jinding is pleased to share our NEW Buyers Portal for buyers at The Patch, Wollert. This platform gives you easy access to design guidelines, information relating to your lot, and the latest construction progress on site.
When you are ready to submit your house plans, visit The Patch Buyers Portal to complete your approval application.
If you have already submitted your house plans, a resubmission is not required, they will be reviewed by NGDD using the previous method. Please feel free to look around the Buyers Portal for helpful information about your new community.
We’ve put together some FAQs that will help you and your builder navigate The Patch Buyers Portal.
HOW DO I COMPLETE THE APPLICATION?
When you are ready to submit your house plans for approval, simply visit the Buyers Portal and go to Design Guidelines. Click ‘Apply Online’ and complete the form.
WHERE DO I FIND THE PLAN OF SUBDIVISION (POS) FOR MY LOT?
To access information regarding your lot, visit the Buyers Portal and select Lot Details. Find your lot number and you’ll be able to find any relevant documents for your home including the Plan of Subdivision (POS), Engineering, etc.
HOW DO I VIEW MY APPLICATION STATUS?
Once you’ve completed your design application, you can view the status at any time! Simply go to the portal and login using the same email you used to complete the application. Then go to Status and you will see your applications current status, and any actions required. You can access submissions for multiple lots both at The Patch and other Jinding Projects using this email too.
I HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED MY APPROVAL APPLICATION – DO I NEED TO RESUBMIT?
Applications submitted after 05 April 2022 will need to be submitted via the New Buyers Portal. If you already have a submission in progress, NGDD will complete their review using the previous method.
HOW DO I APPLY FOR MY FRONT LANDSCAPING?
Once your house is complete and you have received the Certificate of Occupancy for your home, login to the Buyers Portal and complete the online form to claim your free* front landscaping. You can also access this link via the Design Guidelines, Landscaping section.
*To check your eligibility, please refer to your contract of sale.
