It has been an exciting time at The Patch with works continuing to bring our residents closer to starting their new life in The Patch community.
Sewer construction is nearing completion in Stage 1 and is progressing well in Stage 2. Works for Stage 4 sewer construction are expected to commence soon.
Stormwater drainage construction will be completed in Stage 3 in the coming weeks and will soon commence in Stage 2.
Additionally, works on the main Melbourne Water stormwater drain running through the estate have commenced. Construction on the temporary sedimentation basin is well underway.
