Last winter, we were pleased to see the official commencement of both the external work (Wollert North Major Infrastructure Program) to deliver essential services to The Patch, along with the construction works for our first 200 homes in Stages 1-4.
In collaboration with other developers and Whittlesea City Council, the Wollert North Major Infrastructure Program will provide infrastructure amenities and services to over 5,000 homes in the Bodycoats Road Precinct.
The combined Patch site will have direct access to Hume Freeway, Epping Road, and just a short drive to Epping Railway Station and the future Wollert Railway Station.
