Construction has been progressing well at The Patch. The installation of roads and footpaths are underway on Stage 1 and will continue to be rolled out to Stages 2 – 4 in the coming weeks.
Associated external infrastructure works, in collaboration with the Wollert North Infrastructure Consortium and Whittlesea City Council is advancing toward completion. Notably, Bodycoats Road is in the final stages of development. Once complete, this road will provide access to The Patch community for future residents to complete valuations and prepare for settlement.
As works progress on site, we are now anticipating to receive Titles for Stages 1 – 3 in December 2023 and January 2024 for Stage 4.
