We are thrilled to share the latest development news from The Patch, our masterplanned residential community in Wollert.
Settlements across Stages 1, 2, 3 and 4 are progressing well. The first homes in the community are under construction and we eagerly await welcoming our first residents to the community in the coming months.
The civil construction of Stages 5, 6 and 8 has commenced in line with the program and we are anticipating titles for these stages in Q2 2025. As we achieve construction and settlement milestones, we will keep you informed via email and phone.
