It’s with great delight that we share some highlights to look forward to at The Patch, Wollert for the months to come.
NEW GREEN SPACES
Located on Azure Road, a heritage reserve is set to be completed in June.
Streetscape across stages 1-4 has been completed ahead of schedule.
At The Patch, the natural landscape will be carefully curated to preserve nature’s past – including planting that attracts threatened bird species.

A PLACE TO BELONG
With land construction and home building activities continuing on site, many more residents are set to call The Patch home. We will be introducing a sculptural installation near the entrance of Majorelle Boulevard in June. The shape of the sculpture represents a Golden Sun Moth that is among some of the state-listed threatened species in the local area. Together, we celebrate the value and uniqueness of this community we call home.
